Curly Hair Natural
Spray a moisturizing oil on your hair and scalp ( especially the ends of your hair). Put a Satin Bonnet or scarf on your hair to protect it.

Straight Natural
Brush your hair with a Paddle Brush and Wrap your hair every night. If you are wearing curls brush and pin-curl your hair every night and cover it with a Satin Bonnet.

Weekly

Curly and Straight Hair Natural (All textures)
The day before wash day weekly (2b-3b) bi-weekly (3c-4c) put oil on your hair and scalp. Shampoo your hair with a Moisturizing Shampoo and condition with a Moisturizing Conditioner with steam or cap under heat for 30 minutes.

Monthly

Curly and Straight Hair Natural
Shampoo your hair with a Clarifying Shampoo and a Nourishing Conditioner to remove buildup and give your hair the essential nutrients it needs to thrive. Give your hair a hot oil treatment under steam or hood dryer under cap.
